April - served about 75 guests with salmon burger on Brioche bun (with lettuce, tomatoes, onion), chicken apple sausage with peppers, potato salad, mushroom corn chowder (very yummy!), and homemade orange pound cake (with incredible glazing)
May - We served about 66 guests on an unseasonably cold and wet day. JC took about 14 complete meals and quite a few portions of chicken to our homeless neighbors. On the menu: tomato pasta salad, herb roasted chicken, buttered vegetables, country style potatoes, glazed maple walnut cookie bars (yummmm). We received rave reviews for the potatoes!

September - served 83+ guests with corn and black bean salad, BBQ pork ribs, chicken sausage, potato salad, baked beans, water melon, homemade coffee cake.
October - served 74+ guests
November - served 84+ guests on a warm sunny afternoon with hearty barley soup (with a long list of fresh ingredients --- see photos), slow-cooked beef stew, butter garlic pasta, homemade ginger cake (with that incredible cream!), cinnamon apple with pecans. We also had live music.
