Bay Area Wide Young Adult Mass - Saturday, Aug 23

The quarterly Bay Area Wide Young Adult Mass (or as some call it: BAWYAM ) is back on Aug 23, at 7pm. This time, it will be held at St Patrick's Seminary in Menlo Park!
 

Fire Trails Hike - Saturday, Aug 23 (Morning) 

On Aug 23 we will also be having a short hike in the Berkeley fire trails. It will be at 10am and not long, so you will have plenty of time to get ready for BAWYAM that evening! Contact Daniel (daniel_gonzalez@berkeley.edu) for more information!
 

Call for Volunteers - Parish-Wide Pancake Breakfast - Sunday, Aug 24 

Newman Hall is holding a pancake breakfast on Aug 24, 11am-1pm for our parish. They need volunteers for cooks, and helping hands for set up and clean up. It's a good opportunity for service, as well as to mingle with the wider parish community! If you feel called to help out, contact Daniel at daniel_gonzalez@berkeley.edu to volunteer!
 

Karaoke Potluck with Newman YAPs  - Sunday, Aug 30

Newman Grads and the Newman Young Adult Professionals are holding a joint karaoke + potluck after the 5pm Mass on Sat Aug 30. Come mingle, sing and bring a dish to share! Bonus points for bringing an instrument!
 

 Welcome Barbeque  - Saturday, Sep 06

It's back!! Meet new friends, reconnect with old ones, and enjoy a night of good food and great conversation as we hold our annual Welcome BBQ on Sat Sep 06 at 6pm. Discover what Newman Grads has planned for the year and how you can be part of it!

Sundays

• Newman Hall has five Sunday Masses: 5pm Vigil on Saturday, then 8am, 10am, 5pm, and 9pm on Sunday

• Sunday Social after the 10am Mass (bring ideas for brunch spots)!

Tuesdays

• 7pm (ish) - A group of Newman Grads can be found climbing at Berkeley Ironworks (or doing some other sports) most Tuesdays. Check out the sports chat for more info!

Thursdays

• 7pm - Men's and Women's Groups at Newman!

Sunday Social
Join us on Sundays after the 10 am Mass for casual conversation over coffee, brunch, and/or sports!

Small Groups
We hold weekly Men’s and Women's groups, with the aim of growing in faith with our brothers or sisters. They are currently held on Thursdays at 7pm at Newman Hall. Contact Elliot (elelliot2@gmail.com) for men's group or Sophie (sophie_regan@berkeley.edu) for women's group to get the latest updates!

Other Events
