Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
For those who want to be baptized in the Catholic Church or who have already been baptized in another Christian tradition and who want to become Catholic, or those who have been baptized Catholic but have not had First Communion or Confirmation. An introduction to the stories, rituals, and symbols of the Catholic community which invites those preparing for baptism or reception into the church to enter deeper into their faith journey. The community celebrates baptism/reception at Easter. Also a great update for interested spouses and lifelong Catholics. Homecoming
An ongoing program of welcome, listening, discussion and instruction for "former Catholics" and those who have returned to the Church. Wednesdays, 7:30-9:00 p.m., beginning each September and continuing until Easter. Contact Fr. Al Moser at
Adult Confirmation
A program for Catholics 18 and over who have been baptized and received First Communion but have not been confirmed. Spring semester; dates TBA. Please check the bulletin, the web site, or call the church early in the year for details. No preregistration necessary; just come to the first session.

Busy Person's Retreat:
Three days of personal prayer and
spiritual direction. Spring semester; dates TBA. Please check the bulletin, the web site, or call the church in December or early January for details.
Adult Faith Formation:
Watch the bulletin for subjects and dates of adult education evenings.
Introduction to Catholicism:
A four-week adult education series for all seekers: lifelong Catholics, interested spouses, students, anyone! Four Mondays, every fall.
Preparation for Marriage:
Newman's program for engaged couples seeking to satisfy the Church requirement for pre-marriage instruction. During this two-day gathering, couples explore many dimensions of their relationship and discuss their expectations of married life. Registration forms available at the front desk or on the table in the lobby. Two Saturdays in the fall and spring.
Playgroup offers preschool children a grounding in the basic values and tools of a life of faith. Parents plan, present and assist with sessions, under the direction of the Playgroup coordinator. Sundays, during the 9:30 a.m. liturgy.
Infant Care: A warm, caring haven for children up to age 2 during the 9:30 a.m. liturgy. It is limited to 10 healthy children each week.
